The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure across all variations of Windows operating systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Application (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Reticle's developers.
